Booking and cancellation terms
Draft for MVP review. These terms must be legally reviewed before public launch.
Request and confirmation
Sending a request does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after the host verifies availability, receives full payment and sends written confirmation.
Payment
Approved requests require 100% payment by Thai bank transfer, Wise or Revolut. The guest has 24 hours to pay after approval. The guest is responsible for transfer fees so the full amount is received.
Temporary hold
Dates may be held temporarily while payment is pending. If full payment is not received within 24 hours, the hold may expire without notice.
Cancellation
Guest cancellations, no-shows and early departures are non-refundable. Requests to change dates are considered case by case and are not guaranteed. If the host cancels, money received for the booking will be refunded in full.
Stay conditions
Minimum stay is 6 nights. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Children under 2 are not accepted. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. No smoking, parties or pets.
